CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
German multinational company manufacturing biotechnology equipment nd industrial measurement and controls systems.
Position reporting to the Customer Service Manager. Direct reports: None
Based in Madrid
About the job
* Entering orders from and purchases to the Portuguese market and backing up the Spanish.
* Entering stock transactions.
* Entering and reviewing transportation invoices.
* Entering in SAP orders and purchase of merchandises.
* Dealing with customers claims on the phone.
* Problem solving with customers: quality, refunds…
* Drafts and documents for public tenders.
* Invoicing and mail delivery.
* Entering invoices of merchandises and checking prices.
* Updating customers database in SAP, purchase and sale prices and stocks.
* Following up on display and consigned equipment.
* Drafting and management of maintenance contracts.
* Supporting the end of month’s accounts.
Requirements
* A minimum of three year experience in administration of orders, purchases, imports, transport and logistics, stocks control and customer service.
* Formal training on International Trade, a plus.
* Knowledge and experience with SAP or Oracle.
* Proficient in Excel and large databases management.
* Languages: Portuguese (native), English and Spanish.
